Development of innovations in educational and scientific organizations of the EMERCOM of Russia

Scientific and educational organizations of the EMERCOM of Russia should be organically integrated into the «innovative agenda», be active participants in the processes of obtaining new, breakthrough scientific results, contribute to the introduction of developed technologies, software, useful models, inventions in the daily activities of both organizations and citizens. In order to develop mechanisms to increase the efficiency of the existing system of organization of scientific and innovation activities of subordinate organizations, first of all, it is necessary to consider existing mechanisms of their interaction with various funds for support of innovation. The purpose of the study — development of mechanisms to increase the efficiency of scientific and innovative activities of scientific and pedagogical workers of organizations of the EMERCOM of Russia, review of promising directions of interaction of educational and scientific organizations of the EMERCOM of Russia with various funds to support innovation, forms of introduction of various educational resources in this field. Research methods. All-scientific and special methods of scientific knowledge have been used — data collection, analysis, synthesis, generalization. The results of the study. The article reviewed the state funds supporting scientific and innovation activities in the Russian Federation, programs, directions and forms of their interaction with educational and scientific organizations of the EMERCOM of Russia. Directions of possible development of identified directions of activity in educational and scientific organizations of the EMERCOM of Russia have been formulated. The importance of developing the competences of employees in the field of innovation economics, project management, commercialization of the results of scientific activity, creation and promotion of high-tech projects was noted. Conclusion. The direction of further research in the field under consideration is to develop mechanisms to increase the efficiency of the existing system of organization of scientific and innovative activities, aimed, inter alia, at commercialization of the results of intellectual activities, by making maximum possible use of the available scientific potential of faculty, scientific departments, opportunities of existing scientific research laboratories of educational and scientific organizations under the EMERCOM of Russia
