Managerial culture as a factor of innovative development of the educational organization in the context of digitalization

The article considers the concept of management culture in the context of stimulating innovation in an educational organization. Digital technologies are considered on the one hand as a factor of transition to a new scientific and technical order, and on the other hand as a tool for organizing effective information exchange for improving management culture in the direction of increasing the innovative activity of managers and teachers. Based on an empirical study conducted in educational organizations of the Republic of Tatarstan, the components, functions and tasks of modern management culture in the context of digitalization are identified
