Development of a system of R & D performance indicators
Discussed the development of software applications that allow for operational monitoring of enterprises, those involved in R & D. The main focus is on identifying significant parameters of the organization’s activities. Efficiency of application of rank statistics for determination of weight coefficients of various parameters is shown. A set of performance indicators for defense industry enterprises is proposed. The accounting of proposed set of performance indicators increases the information effectiveness of the integrated assessment
