Mathematical model for evaluating the performance of the project manager in the implementation of innovative activity

The article describes a research that fits into the trends of the socio-technical point of view of one of the key markets of the National Technology Initiative — NeuroNet. This article considers and analyzes the models and approaches to the evaluation of the project manager competencies in terms of defining their professional and managerial qualities in the long term. The paper proposes a mathematical model for evaluating the efficiency of the project manager, which allows to increase the quality of the selection of an appropriate professional for the role of the project manager. The model also makes it possible to predict the efficiency of a specialist to given the increase in his management experience in the future
