Global R&D funding: trends and perspective directions
The dynamics of the global and countries R&D funding for 2012-2016 in absolute and relative terms are investigated. It is shown that the volume of R&D funding is the major mechanism for achieving of high level of the socio-economic development and life quality of population. The priority measures to overcome scientific and technological backwardness of Russia from the leading countries of the world are proposed
