Priorities in basic research as a reflection of the balance of interests of the state, society and science
Work is devoted to improvement of methodological and organizational support of definition of priorities of basic researches within grant support of science. On the basis of the analysis of the Russian historical experience and existing foreign practics general approach and concrete mechanisms of the choice of scientific priorities on the basis of balance of interests of the state, society and science taking into account specifics of basic researches is offered. The logic and the concrete scheme of formation of priorities in humanitarian researches used in is stated
