Inertial management model innovation clusters
Events in the world political arena encourage the Russian leadership to seek ways out of this situation, when the world markets highbrow product is almost completely closed their doors for the Russian companies. In this paper, the authors attempted to reveal the basic essence of the study. It was concluded that during the difficult economic and political situation around the Russian Federation, representatives of the government should use a radically new control method is proposed as an alternative form of innovation clusters. Based on the analysis, the authors developed the main principles of the future model of management - the use of its own resources for innovation clusters of research and development. Developed inertial management model innovation cluster aims to ensure that in the near future, the Russian Federation became fully independent from external markets of high technology products
