About personnel potential of innovative development of science, professional education and the economy

The article analyzes the current state of professional education and science of the Russian economy. In many respects the crisis in the economy is explained by the quality of the human component of the productive forces, which in turn depends on the quality of the training system at all levels, its scientific support. Recommendations for improvement of the state socio-economic policy in the field of vocational education and science
