System of generation, development and support of youth innovative projects in the Altai state technical university of I. I. Polzunov

Modern economies of industrialized countries of the world include systems of preseeding and sowing financing of the knowledge-intensive innovative projects, startups which are at an initial stage of development a source of shots for which are students and graduates of the leading technical colleges, and a source of perspective ideas — the high school environment. So far, for the last decade, in “The Altai state technical university of I.I. Polzunov” (AltSTU) the system of support of innovative projects of students, graduate students and young scientists aimed at the development of the innovative sphere of economy of Altai region is created. This system includes stages of generation of scientific and technical ideas, approbations of the put-forward concepts of innovative products, technologies or services, supports of projects at an initial, preseeding stage of their development and transition of the project to sowing financing connected with creation and functioning of the small innovative enterprise for its practical realization. Functioning of the developed system of generation, development and support of youth innovative projects in AltSTU to that over the last ten years to Altai region essential financing of innovative projects of young scientists and the small innovative enterprises of AltSTU was involved.
