Innovative mechanisms for implementation of demands for flight safety enhancement
The article gives the analysis of fundamental normative legal regulations, which determine the rules and requirements for safe aircraft operation. Factors of risk and accident rate are defined and systematized in the article. The article categorizes dangerous situations, which occur during flights in real flight conditions. It also assigns and shapes step- by-step procedures for development and implementation of integrated flight safety system. Conceptual offers for integrated safety system component certification and practical effectiveness of their introduction are also presented in the article.
