To evaluate the effectiveness of the Federal target program «Research and development on priority directions of development of scientific-technological complex of Russia for 2014-2020» proposed to use the integral indicator of performance assessment, representing a weighted average of the integral estimates for implementation Program. Assessment of achievement of the planned values of the indicators and performance measures are calculated using the estimated functions.
