Stay on the Course!
In the history of the Foundation we can extract two big periods of its development. The first period was linked with the support to operating companies. The second period was directed to creation of new companies and the support to active youth. During the Foundation's twenty-year works was created a lot of workplaces, and paid taxes, and introduced new research and development into the industry. The author resumes the Foundation's work, and describes successes what the Foundation has done.
