The Foundation for Assistance to Small Innovative Enterprises at Science and Technology is Twenty Years Old
The Foundation for Assistance to Small Innovative Enterprises at Science and Technology was founded in accordance with Government of the Russia Federation Decree no. 65 of February 3, 1994. Now the Foundation has had twenty-year history. In the article the author presents the extensive analysis about the Foundation's activity for the twenty-year period. The author describes the Foundation's role as one of basic elements in the modern national innovative system of Russia. In the article is opened the Foundation's evolution, elucidated the programmes for financing and support to small innovative enterprises. The author describes the interaction the Foundation with large domestic development institutions, funds, science organizations and their amalgamations. The author gives detailed information about ways of international collaboration and finance economy indicators. The information is shown what the Foundation is one of large and effectiveness development institutions in the innovative economy of the Russia Federation.
