Development of Scientific Innovative Activity in Altai Region by Programmes of the Foundation for Assistance to Small Innovative Enterprises at Science and Technology
The authors describe features of the development of scientific-innovative activity in the region, based on state support to innovative projects by the Federal programmes of the Foundation. They show the basic approaches, methods, techniques and models for the development of scientific-innovative activity in the conditions of the region, and they say about the system of training specialists for the innovation environment. The article is shown the features of the system for development of scientific and innovation activities, main results and prospects of development at the Altai region.
