Development of Science Innovation Activity at Yaroslavl Region by Programmes of the Foundation for Assistance to Small Innovative Enterprises at Science and Technology
Innovative development of the Yaroslavl region, state support to innovation projects and the role of the Foundation for Assistance to Small Innovative Enterprises at Science and Technology in formation of the scientific innovation community in the region. The author gives the analysis of the current situation in an innovative direction at the region. He describes the basic programmes, which were involved small innovative enterprises of the region, and regional projects. The article demonstrates the results of the interaction with the Foundation.
