The role of digital transformation in achieving sustainable development

The paper examines the relationship between digital transformation and sustainable development. An analysis of the literature was carried out, on the basis of which conclusions were drawn about the role of digital transformation in achieving sustainable development. A new definition of digital transformation has been obtained, as well as criteria for evaluating complex transformation based on a digital transformation model with a study of how each element of the digital transformation model formed by the author of the study correlates with the sustainable development of the enterprise. The novelty of this study lies in the fact that it shows the possibility of including the principles of sustainable development in the process of digital transformation, as well as forms criteria for evaluating continuous, sustainable digital transformation
