The introduction of the continuous improvement process into the educational program requires an analysis of methods and approaches to improvement
that can be used in the future to improve the quality of education. The use of lean and product concepts when considering the object of research determines
the specifics of the planned changes. The relevance of this research is due to the need to improve the consistency of the educational program and adapt to
the changing economic situation and the labor market. The purpose of the study is to analyze the practices of improving educational processes and identify
the stakeholders of the project and the main standards in this area. The main objectives of the study include a general analysis of the educational program,
the designation of the principles of lean and grocery approaches in educational activities, the identification and formation of a register of interested parties.
The results of the work reflect the specifics of the principles of lean and product-based approaches in educational programs, as well as provide criteria for
evaluating the quality of the program.
