About the Concept of Advanced innovative development and global technological superiority of the Rostec Corporation

The article presents the main principles of the Concept of advanced innovative development and global technological superiority of Rostec Corporation and includes goal and objectives, main activities, management, stages and expected results of the Concept’s implementation, as well as notions and terms used in the Concept and analysis of domestic and foreign mechanisms of advanced innovative development. The goal of the Concept is to build up an ecosystem that ensure accelerating of development, production and promotion to the markets in the shortest possible time products and technologies that have global superiority or globally competitiveness. To achieve this goal, the following objectives have to be realized: a) development of a system for new products and technologies design, b) development of a management system of unique technological competencies (centers of global technological superiority and competitiveness), c) development of a system for managing of requests for external innovations (challenges), d) development of a management system for TRIZ practice, TRIZ training and TRIZ community.
