Assessment of the development of the green economy in the regions of the Russian Federation

The fourth industrial revolution that has begun in recent years, called Industry 4.0, requires a radical modernization of the existing education system. At the same time, the problem of developing the scientific potential of young people is of particular importance. The key role in its solution belongs to universities through the creation of an effective system for the development of research activities of young people
