Two approaches to the search for leaders of labor collectives

The analysis of the results of the four-year cycle of the program to identify the leaders of labor collectives in the Concern «Almaz – Antey» was carried out and, taking into account it, a new approach to admitting respondents to the program was tested, which provides for a recommendation character, not a declarative one, as before. A comparative analysis of these two options for the organization of the program and their effectiveness is carried out
