The article examines the theoretical and methodological aspects of the formation and development trends of the market for educational services of higher education in Russia. The analysis of the market for educational services of higher education in the context of the digitalization of the economy is carried out. The state and development prospects of the educational services market have been determined. The characteristics of the market of educational services of higher education are revealed
