Experience of introducing tools of objective control of the educational process of the postgraduate studies of the enterprise of the defense-industrial complex

The article deals with the practical aspects of the formation of a system for training highly qualified specialists in the conditions of a scientific and industrial organization. The results of the analysis of the process and learning outcomes are presented. The main emphasis is placed on methodological approaches to the for-mation of objectified assessments of the effectiveness of the educational process, taking into account the individual characteristics of the educational trajectories of graduate students. Samples of forms and examples of presentation of the results of control activities are given.
