Reforming national sciences

The article analyzes the key transformations of the conditions for the functioning of Russian science over the past decades: the mechanical use of the anti-plagiarism system, new rules for planning research work and reports on them, the requirements for the publication of scientific journals, the actual adjustment to Western institutions, the obligation to quote in foreign abstract databases. The possible consequences of these transformations are predicted.
