Strategy planning system in Russian Federation: challenges & outlook
Analyses of strategic planning documents system development in the Russian Federation identified a number of organizational, regulatory and methodological problems. The priorities of strategic planning mechanisms development in public administration system were established in accordance with budget planning and project management mechanisms. The influence of «digital» economy factors on development of strategic planning system was investigated, main directions and stages of development of the Federal information system of strategic planning were defined. The list of interdisciplinary research problems concerning methodological support of strategic planning system development in the conditions of digital economy was elaborated
