Causal analysis as the instrument of strategic planning

Causal analysis allows to analyze problems of socialeconomic development and threats to the national security, to reveal connections and interdependencies between them, root causes of theirs emergence, and to work out measures to reduce development risks and to counter threats to the national security. The use of causal analysis in the strategic planning will allow significantly improve the quality of the developing strategic planning documents
