Necessity of the equivalence of the management system of the innovation production

The processes of equifinality of the control system are discussed, the implementation of which ensures a fast and flexible transformation of production processes from various stochastic states associated with the parallel development of innovative products to the planned final state. The peculiarities of the use of digital technologies affecting the quality management tasks during the development of innovative products are disclosed, as well as the tasks regulated by the system of operational management of the production process functioning at the enterprise. The results of an empirical study of the feasibility of the idea of equifinal management associated with the improvement of horizontal production units within the industrial cluster on the territory of the Saratov region are presented
