Decentralization of econotronics transactions

In the present research the systematization of the principles of institutional design of transactions of innovative methods of management within the author’s concept of econometrics is carried out. Econotronics refers to the section of social sciences on the dynamics of economic institutions of interaction between actors and society in the digital economy. The expediency of decentralization of economic functions in modern conditions of innovation is analyzed. It is shown that the function of decentralization of transactions is the basis for the formation of the shared economy. Information support of decentralization of transactions supports the technology of the blockchain. Based on the analysis of the directions of shared economy and blockchain development, the basic principles of institutional design of economy transactions are defined
