Case-study: implementation of open innovations on the MTS company example

Competitive development of companies is impossible in closed ecosystem. The rapid change of technological innovations, many start-ups and the increasing private venture capital, the high staff’s mobility and using agile structures by even large corporations require a new business approaches and innovation management tools. One of such approach is the concept of open innovation, which does not lose its relevance for many years. The purpose of this article is to apply the case-study method for analysis of open innovations concept’s realization by russian company. Authors analyze the experience of openness: specific practical tools and organizational mechanisms of open innovation
