Problems of legal regulation of alternative forms of financing innovative projects

This article presents the results of a study of the problems of legal regulation of alternative forms of financing innovative projects, as well as a review of existing domestic and foreign studies on the stated topic. A list of basic problems was formed, ways out of the current situation were identified, probable solutions were identified using both the best global practices and taking into account the country specificity of the national innovation system
