On the road to knowledge-based society: new contours of cooperation in science and innovation sphere
Article is devoted to the problems of science position in economy and in the society based on knowledge. The main attention is paid to improvement of cooperation mechanisms in the scientific and innovative sphere. It is shown that knowledge becomes the main factor of social and economic development. This leads to revolutionary shifts both in the field of intra scientific communications, and of science with other social agencies interactions. The paramount importance of joint efforts of science and the state in the maintaining national identity in global space of knowledge is emphasized
