The Role of Purpose-Oriented Comprehensive Programmes in Effectiveness Increase of Socio-Economic Development of the Region
The article discusses the effectiveness of socio-economic development of the region according to purpose-oriented comprehensive programmes. Theoretical and methodological basis of strategic planning projects and the programme, identifies efficiency indices of cluster system generating and developing. The authors give recommendations on a model structure for socio-economic analysis of the purpose-oriented comprehensive programme and projects.
