Practical experience of the interaction of the defense industrial complex innovation center «Skolkovo»
In the article it was considered an experience of military enterprises collaboration with existing development centers. It pays attention to the mechanism of innovation projects realization through Innovative center Scolkovo. It underlines the main special things of this collaboration during projects expertise, innovative status getting and how to create a company spin-off.
