Public-Private Partnerships in Information and Communication Technologies of the Republic of Moldova

The article discusses the current problems of public-private partnerships (PPPs) as an example of information and communication technologies - the leading sector of the economy of Moldova, which is a necessary tool of state regulation of macroeconomic proportions. The author analyzes barriers hindering and restricting the development of public-private partnership. She gives the main directions for improving the efficiency of interaction between government and the private business in the country.
