Entropic Dominant of Global and Russian Financial and Economic System
In the article is described the entropic nature of the global financial and economic crisis. The author has defined entropy characteristics of the global financial and economic system. He discloses the economic content of the concepts: «entropy and synergy», «entropic economy», «entropy management», «hypercompetition», «institutional void», «Metcalfe’s Law». The author substantiates necessity of transition to a new model of development, which is defined as the information network economy with innovative hypercompetition dominant of development.
