Measuring innovation: new approaches to resource assessment and results
The article examines problems of formation of international innovation indicators, analyzes the innovative development of Belarus in the context of international indicators and ratings of innovation. The article identifies strengths and weaknesses of national innovation system, the problems of modern innovative development in the light of the Global Innovation Index, develops new directions of innovation policy for Belarus.
