Institutes of development of scientific and innovation potential of the Arctic regions of the Russian Federation and their role in the socio-economic development of the region
The article considers the problems of creation of innovation systems in the Arctic regions of the Russian Federation. Special attention is paid to the conditions of innovative systems, stages of their development, institutions, promoting the formation and evaluation of results of their activity.
