The article examines the role of scientific and innovative projects of universities in ensuring the technological sovereignty of the country. The team
of authors emphasizes that universities play a key role in the development of new technologies and innovations that can contribute to strengthening the
technological sovereignty of the state. New opportunities and challenges faced by universities in the implementation of scientific and innovative projects
are presented. Special attention is paid to the need for universities to cooperate with enterprises and government agencies for the successful implementation
of projects, as well as to overcome technical and organizational problems.
