The article explores various aspects of the development of technological independence in the Russian Federation. It analyzes the current legal framework
for technological autonomy in Russia and its specific features, with a particular focus on the personnel aspect of technological autonomy, including its
significance in the nuclear sector, which has traditionally been of strategic importance to the Russian economy.
