Evaluation of the efficiency of the quality management system: a modern perspective on management

The article presents the results of a theoretical study of the issue of assessing the effectiveness of the quality management system. Approaches to the definition of the terms «quality», «quality management system» and efficiency are considered and analyzed. Analyzed the need to assess the effectiveness of the quality management system in accordance with international standards, the importance of determining the cost of quality. Developed on the basis of existing research a scheme of costs for quality in the organization
