Development of a regional high-tech enterprise ecosystem

The article presents an example of creation an entrepreneurial ecosystem based on the Tomsk State University of Control Systems and Radioelectronics in the Tomsk Region. The creation and development of an enterprise ecosystem proceeds in two directions: the improvement of the educational system for the training of entrepreneurs and the development of innovative infrastructure. The result of this approach is a powerful innovative ecosystem in the region, which allows innovative enterprises and organizations to build educational and technological chains, to cluster together, thereby further strengthening the region’s business ecosystem
