Problems of harmonization of objectives and targets of the national project «Science»

The models and targets proposed by the developers of the passport of the national project «Science» to achieve the national goal, formulated in the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation № 204 from 07.05.2018 as «acceleration of technological development of the Russian Federation, increasing the number of organizations engaged in technological innovation up to 50 percent of their total number». The lack of continuity of strategic verticals of the national project with the results of the implementation of scientific and technological policy in recent years. The risks of failure to achieve the national goal in terms of imbalance of individual targets and activities of the national project «Science» are considered
