Mechanisms of interaction of science, education and industry for ensuring the scientific and technological development of the Russian Federation

The article proposes a modern approach to the creation of effective mechanisms of interaction between science, education and industry. The questions of rights management of intellectual property throughout all stages of the innovation cycle, taking into account the formation of project consortia and the distribution of value added in the price of innovative products. The structure of a joint research and development center has been developed as an integrative pool of resources for solving the tasks of the country’s scientific and technological development
