PEST-analyses as a tool for identifying and evaluating the degree of influence of stakeholders in healthcare sphere

Russian healthcare sphere based on the perspectives of the main macroeconomic factors influencing it is considered in the article. This influence is conducted through stakeholders — interested structures/persons, having different degree of power and interest in its functioning: «players», «subjects», «contest setters» and «crowd». Their main expectations and interests are also described as well as threats and opportunities that they may cause in healthcare sphere
