Assessment of the availability of financing for small innovative entrepreneurship

The study conducted the state of availability and demand for financial resources for small innovative enterprises in the territory of the Russian Federation. Exogenous and endogenous factors that influence the level of financing of their innovative activity are identified. The characteristic features of the financing of such organizations at various stages of their life cycle are highlighted. The main operating operators of state and commercial sources of financing small innovative enterprises are considered. The main problems and possible solutions are indicated
