Results of the VI International Forum «The Arctic: Present and Future»
The article presents the main results of the VI International Forum «The Arctic: Present and Future», held in 2016. Discussed at the forum considered issues of development of different areas of the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation: the energy sector, exploration on the continental shelf, the creation of support zones in the regions, import substitution, the operation of the Northern Sea Route, the support of indigenous peoples, and education. Presents the most important conclusions and recommendations on the issues discussed
