Formation and development of system of continuous modular training on defense industry enterprises (on the example of JSC «Aviaavtomatika» n. a. V. V. Tarasov»)
Relevance of formation and development of system of continuous modular training as one of effective mechanisms of functioning of system of training at the enterprises of defense industry complex is proved. The role of creation of the Corporate innovative and educational center of training on the example of JSC «Aviaavtomatika» n. a. V. V. Tarasov» in system of continuous modular training is shown. The scheme of realization of the practice-focused education on basic chairs on production uniting resources for joint realization of research and development and address preparation of highly qualified personnel is provided.
