The early years of high-frequency electrical features were characterized using high-frequency electromagnetic fields exposure on conductive materials. After organizing All-Russian Research Institute of High-Frequency Currents research was started processes of interaction of high-frequency electromagnetic fields and non- conductive materials [1]. Research results were used to develop technologies and equipment for the production of composite materials, cultivation of semiconductor crystals. All-Russian Research Institute of High-Frequency Currents were created in technology and equipment for the plasma treatment of materials, ultrasonic machine.
