The work is devoted to a technical audit of operation of a small company. On the basis of the services offered are stated requirements for the technical audit, proposes a system of indicators of internal and external activities of the company, given the relation in the calculation deals with the evaluation of the effectiveness of the Company on the basis of the method of discrete effektometrii.
