Issues of training the workforce for innovative development the economyof the Russian Far-East regions

In article the issues of training the workforce in public- private partnership model are considered. Organizational structure of interaction scheme of the North-Eastern Federal University named after M. K. Ammosov (NEFU) with other members of economic units of the region are provided during the innovative clusters formation and regional innovative system. It is noted, that NEFU should makes timely adjustment in the process of educational activity, taking into account conjuncture of predicted parameters about specialists’ requirement in a one or another direction of prospective demand for consumer market in the Northeast Asia.
