University Technoparks: the Time for Recognition
University science and technological park is a considerable innovation resource of higher education and domestic science. According to the institutes of higher education’ reports there are more than 100 science and technological parks in the university sphere. Half of them has been presented in the Catalogue of the University science and technological parks in Russia fifteen years ago, and at present time their activity is successfully continuing. Along with the institutes of higher education which have technoparks Tver InnoCentre analyzes their dynamics of development. Analysis has showed that the University science and technological parks have confirmed their special place in the regional innovative sphere. It is time now to admit them and to attract to the processes of the innovation reforms in our state.
